In the USA, the letters are abbreviations for:

In the USA, the letters are abbreviations for:
- WC- wild caught, animal collected from wild
- FB- farm bred, animal bred in outdoor caging in native/natural environment in commercial numbers
- CB- captive bred, animal with WC parents (F1)
- CBB- captive born and bred, CB animal with CB parents (F2, F3, F4, etc.)
- CH- captive hatched(birthed), gravid(pregnant) WC female lays eggs/births animal in captivity
- LTC- long term captive, WC animal that has been in captivity for 6 months or more
- USCB- Captive bred right here in the US
- USCBB- Captive born and bred right here in the US

How fast will my order ship out?
- Dry goods typically ship out 2-3 days after the order has been placed. Sometimes larger orders can take longer to process.
- Live animals ship out Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be contacted prior to shipping to confirm a date.
Do you guarantee live arrival?
UPS (Default) & FedEx (Special Request)
- Live arrival is guaranteed (LAG) on all overnight orders to residential addresses if notified within 30 minutes of delivery with proof*.
- Shipments held at hub are guaranteed if notified within 2 hours of delivery with proof.*
- If you need a package held at a hub please email us prior to ordering to arrange shipment details and shipping costs(UPS or FedEx depending on your preference).
- *Proof is either a photo or video of a pin/needle pierced through the animal and into a piece of cardboard/foam.
- *Temperatures must be no less than 40°F or greater than 85°F for LAG
- LAG is only honored on Overnight and NOT ON 2 DAY!!
- THERE WILL BE NO LIVE SHIPMENTS SENT BY USPS!
Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes! Payment plans are available for animals/orders worth over $300. Payment plans require a deposit of 50% with the remaining balance to be paid within 30 days. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE If after 30 days the remaining balance is not paid, the animal will be placed back for sale and you will forfeit your deposit!
Do you have care guides where I can learn how to properly setup my animal?

Do you have a podcast or a YouTube channel?
